WARRAGAMBA DAM WALL

The dam wall-raising proposal is continually being exposed as reckless, simplistic and ill-informed.  The State Government cannot continue to ignore the mounting criticism coming from all directions included an international heritage body, Federal and State departments and leading scientists. 

There needs to be a more informed debate and a more sophisticated response based on science and the NSW Government’s own 2017 Hawkesbury–Nepean Valley Flood Risk Management Strategy.
